Gedong is picked when its maturity about 75%-85%. it has the Green skin colour and will be changing to yellowish colour when reaching the maturity 95%-100%. and Gedong Gincu is picked after it was being ripen on the tree and it has the reddish to yellowish colour skin. the central of This mango is in Cirebon Region ( Cirebon, Indramayu, Majalengka).
